摘要
为提高办公室工作效率和水平,须借助先进技术实施智能化管理。分析了传统办公室工作管理及发展,指出了办公智能化管理的优越性和特点,即管理手段现代化,职业要求更严格,办公方式灵活化。给出了办公智能化管理结构和重要作用:可提高效率,节约资源,使制度规范,信息有据可查,服务到人,合理公平。
In order to improve the efficiency and level of the office work,and through borrowing advanced technology to implement intelligence management,the research analyzes the traditional office work management and development,and points out the advantages and characteristics of office intelligent management,i.e.modernization of management method,stricter requirement of the profession,and flexibility of office working way.Then the research proposes the intelligent management structure of office work and important function,i.e.to increase efficiency,save resource,standardize system,to make information well documented,serve for people rationally and equitably.
