In order to improve Dalian port logistics service quality and customer satisfaction,the research analyzes the influencing factors of port logistics service competitiveness,and proposes the improvement pathway of the service capacity of Dalian port logistics enterprises.It is suggested to promote the professionalism of port logistics service,strengthen the cooperation among ports,improve the popularity of the enterprises at home and abroad,speed up the establishment of modern container port logistics,strengthen the informatization and digital construction of port service,promote the industrial cluster development of port logistics service,and promote the rapid development of high-end shipping service industry.
