摘要
心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)是分布于心肌表层的脂肪组织,其容积可以反映EAT分泌作用对心血管系统的调节能力,常用于临床相关疾病的诊断及严重程度评估。既往研究主要针对EAT在2型糖尿病(T2DM)相关心血管疾病方面的影响,但未对T2DM继发性肌肉减少症(简称肌少症,sarcopenia)等其他领域展开研究。本文就EAT解剖、生理机制、定量评估及肌少症诊断、相关机制、临床干预等多层面作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)is adipose tissue distributed on the surface of the myocardium.Its volume can reflect the ability of EAT secretion to regulate the cardiovascular system.It is often used for the diagnosis and severity evaluation of clinical related diseases.Previous studies mainly focused on the impact of EAT on cardiovascular disease related to type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).However,other areas such as T2 DM secondary sarcopenia(sarcopenia for short)have not been studied.This article reviews the EAT anatomy,physiological mechanism,quantitative assessment,and diagnosis of sarcopenia,related mechanisms,and clinical interventions in order to provide references for clinical treatment.
