支气管哮喘患者血清sICAM-1、IL-2、IL-4及HP变化及与肺功能的关系

Changes of Serum sICAM-1,IL-2,IL-4 and HP in Patients with Bronchial Asthma and Their Relationship with Lung Function

摘要 目的探讨支气管哮喘患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、羟舖氨酸(HP)的变化与患者肺功能的关系。方法选取2017年1月~2019年8月我院确诊的支气管哮喘患者120例设为哮喘组,健康体检对象60名设为对照组,比较两组血清sICAM-1、IL-2、IL-4、HP水平及肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气峰值流速(PEF)],并分析哮喘组不同病情患者s ICAM-1、IL-2、IL-4、HP水平,采用Pearson线性相关分析sICAM-1、IL-2、IL-4、HP水平及肺功能指标的关系。结果哮喘组s ICAM-1、IL-4及HP水平高于对照组,IL-2低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性发作期哮喘患者sICAM-1、IL-4及HP水平高于缓解期患者,IL-2水平低于缓解期患者(P<0.05)。Pearson线性相关分析显示,急性期哮喘患者sICAM-1、IL-4及HP水平与FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF均呈负相关,而IL-2水平与FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者血清sICAM-1、IL-4及HP水平升高,IL-2水平降低,其引起的气道炎性表现与患者肺功能受损程度有关。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4)and hydroxyplastine(HP)in patients with bronchial asthma The relationship with the patient’s lung function.Methods A total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the asthma group,and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Compare the two groups of serum s ICAM-1,IL-2,IL-4,HP levels and lung function indicators[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],and analyze the levels of s ICAM-1,IL-2,IL-4,and HP in patients with different conditions in the asthma group.Pearson linear correlation was used to analyze the relationship among s ICAM-1,IL-2,IL-4,HP levels and lung function indexes.Results The levels of s ICAM-1,IL-4 and HP in the asthma group were higher than those in the control group,and IL-2 was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FEV_(1),FVC and PEF of the asthma group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of s ICAM-1,IL-4 and HP in patients with acute exacerbation were higher than those in remission,and the levels of IL-2 were lower than those in remission(P<0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that s ICAM-1,IL-4,and HP levels in acute asthma patients were negatively correlated with FEV_(1),FVC,and PEF,while IL-2 levels were positively correlated with FEV_(1),FVC,and PEF(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of s ICAM-1,IL-4,and HP in patients with bronchial asthma are increased,while the level of IL-2 is decreased.The airway inflammation caused by them is related to the degree of lung function impairment.
