1例疑似肝脏肿瘤的膈肌肿瘤腹腔镜手术治疗

Laparoscopic surgery treatment for a case of diaphragmatic tumor suspected as liver tumor

膈肌肿瘤临床罕见,部分膈肌肿瘤难以和膈顶区肝癌及下肺肿瘤相鉴别,易误诊。膈肌肿瘤的治疗方式以传统开放手术切除治疗为主。随着腹腔镜微创技术的发展及其在肝胆及普胸领域的广泛运用,膈肌肿瘤的腔镜下微创手术治疗也在不断进步。现报道1例被误诊为膈顶区肝癌的膈肌肿瘤、经腹腔镜微创手术有效治疗的患者,旨在探讨膈肌肿瘤腹腔镜微创治疗的安全性及可行性。

Diaphragmatic tumors are rare in clinic.Some diaphragmatic tumors are difficult to differentiate from liver cancer in the parietal region of the diaphragm and lower lung tumors,and easy to be misdiagnosed.Traditional open surgical resection is the main treatment method for diaphragmatic tumors.With the development of minimally invasive laparoscopic technique and its wide application in the field of hepatobiliary and general chest,the endoscopic minimally invasive surgical treatment of diaphragmatic tumors is also progressing.This paper reports a case of diaphragmatic tumor misdiagnosed as liver cancer in the parietal region of the diaphragm,who was treated effectively by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery,in order to explore the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of diaphragmatic tumors.
