冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦对急性心力衰竭患者心功能、LA及NT-proBNP水平的影响

Effects of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with levosimendan on cardiac function,LA and NT-proBNP levels in patients with acute heart failure

目的研究冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦对急性心力衰竭患者心功能、LA及NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2020年6月在本院进行治疗的50例急性心力衰竭患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予左西孟旦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、心功能指标、LA及NT-proBNP水平、CQQC评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD、QTd均小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LA、NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组,CQQC评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗急性心力衰竭患者的效果良好,能够改善心功能和LA、NT-proBNP水平,且治疗安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effects of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with levosimendan on cardiac function,LA and NT-proBNP levels in patients with acute heart failure.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levosimendan,and the observation group was treated with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on this basis.The treatment effect,cardiac function indexes,LA and NT-proBNP levels,CQQC score and the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while LVESD,LVEDD and QTd in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LA and NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CQQC score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with levosimendanin the treatment of patients with acute heart failure has a good effect,which can improve the cardiac function and LA,NT-proBNP levels,with high treatment safety.
