摘要
目的探讨米力农联合无创正压通气对老年肺心病急性加重期患者血氧状态及P1NP、β-CTX、BNP水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月收治的90例老年肺心病急性加重期患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(45例,常规疗法)和观察组(45例,常规疗法+米力农+无创正压通气)。比较两组患者治疗前、后的心肺功能指标、血氧状态指标、P1NP、β-CTX及BNP水平。结果治疗后,观察组的CO、EF明显高于对照组,PAP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PaO2、SaO2明显高于对照组,PaCO2明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的P1NP、β-CTX水平明显高于对照组,BNP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对老年肺心病急性加重期采用米力农联合无创正压通气治疗,能够有效提高患者心肺功能改善效果,促进其血氧状态恢复,显著改善P1NP、β-CTX、BNP水平。
Objective To explore the effects of milrinone combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on blood oxygen status and P1NP,β-CTX and BNP levels in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(45 cases,conventional therapy)and observation group(45 cases,conventional therapy+milrinone+noninvasive positive pressure ventilation).The cardiopulmonary function indexes,blood oxygen status indexes,P1NP,β-CTX and BNP levels of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,CO and EF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and PAP was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and PaCO2 was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P1NP andβ-CTX in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of BNP was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of milrinone combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the elderly patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve the improvement of cardiopulmonary function,promote the recovery of blood oxygen status,and significantly ameliorate the P1NP,β-CTX,BNP levels.
