Vitapex糊剂治疗小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Vitapex paste in the treatment of children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth

目的探讨Vitapex糊剂治疗小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月收治的80例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均行根管填充治疗,对照组采用碘仿氧化锌糊剂,观察组采用Vitapex糊剂。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、炎症因子水平、牙周状况指标、咀嚼功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的牙周袋探诊深度、菌斑指数、软垢指数、出血指数均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的咀嚼效率均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咀嚼效率恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂用于乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿治疗中的效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,减少牙龈出血,减轻牙周炎症,提高咀嚼功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vitapex paste in the treatment of children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 80 children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Root canal filling was performed in both groups,the control group was treated with iodoform zinc oxide paste,and the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain,inflammatory factors levels,periodontal status indexes,masticatory function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF and IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the probing depth of periodontal pocket,plaque index,debris index and bleeding index in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the masticatory efficiency in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the masticatory efficiency recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste in the treatment of children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth has a significant effect,which can effectively relieve pain,reduce gingival bleeding and periodontal inflammation,and improve masticatory function.
