沙参麦冬汤合五味消毒饮治疗阴虚毒热证老年中晚期肺癌患者的效果

Effect of Shashen Maidong decoction combined with five-ingredient toxin-dispersing beverage on elderly patients with middle and advanced lung cancer of Yin deficiency toxin heat syndrome

目的探讨沙参麦冬汤合五味消毒饮治疗阴虚毒热证老年中晚期肺癌患者的效果。方法将210例阴虚毒热证老年中晚期肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=105)和研究组(n=105)。对照组给予常规TP化疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用沙参麦冬汤合五味消毒饮治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的临床总控制率为63.81%,高于对照组的49.52%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的中医证候积分及血清HIF-1α、iNOS、Ang-2水低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的胃肠道反应、血小板减少发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组随访1年的生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在TP化疗基础上联合沙参麦冬汤合五味消毒饮治疗阴虚毒热证老年中晚期肺癌患者的近远期疗效均较好,且具有减毒效应,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shashen Maidong decoction combined with five-ingredient toxin-dispersing beverage on elderly patients with middle and advanced lung cancer of Yin deficiency toxin heat syndrome.Methods A total of 210 elderly patients with middle and advanced lung cancer of Yin deficiency toxin heat syndrome were divided into control group(n=105)and study group(n=105)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine TP chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with Shashen Maidong decoction combined with five-ingredient toxin-dispersing beverage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical control rate of the study group was 63.81%,which was higher than 49.52%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and serum HIF-1α,iNOS and Ang-2 levels of the study groups were lower than those of the control group,while the CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of gastrointestinal reaction and thrombocytopenia of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shashen Maidong decoction combined with five-ingredient toxin-dispersing beverage on the basis of TP chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with middle and advanced lung cancer of Yin deficiency toxin heat syndrome has good short-and long-term curative effect and attenuation effect,with high clinical application value.
