四磨汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果

Clinical effect of Simo decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

目的探讨四磨汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治的48例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(24例,莫沙必利)和观察组(24例,四磨汤+莫沙必利)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的胃排空率高于对照组,GCSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的各项胃电图指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的GAS、MTL、VIP、SS水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四磨汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果显著,能有效提高患者的胃排空率,缓解临床症状,改善胃电图指标和胃肠激素水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Simo decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods A total of 48 patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(24 cases,mosapride)and observation group(24 cases,Simo decoction+mosapride)according to different treatment regimens.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the gastric emptying rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,GCSI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the electrogastrogram indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS,MTL,VIP and SS in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simo decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the gastric emptying rate,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the electrogastrogram indexes and gastrointestinal hormone levels of patients.
