摘要
目的探讨以音乐疗法为核心的积极心理干预对重症肺炎患者睡眠质量及心理应激反应的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月收治的160例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用以音乐疗法为核心的积极心理干预。比较两组睡眠质量及心理应激反应。结果干预后,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物及日间功能障碍评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以音乐疗法为核心的积极心理干预应用于重症肺炎患者中,有助于促进其睡眠质量进一步改善,并可缓解患者的心理应激反应,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention centered on music therapy on sleep quality and psychological stress response patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 160 patients with severe pneumonia admitted from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the study odjests and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received positive psychological intervention centered on music therapy on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality and psychological stress response of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological intervention centered on music therapy applied in patients with severe pneumonia is helpful to promote the further improvement of sleep quality and alleviate the psychological stress response of patients,and which is worthy of promotion.
