快速康复干预对成人大骨节病患者膝关节置换术后康复效果及并发症的影响

Influences of rapid recovery intervention on rehabilitation effect and complications of adult patients with kaschin-beck disease after knee arthroplasty

目的探讨膝关节置换术后快速康复干预对成人大骨节病(KBD)患者康复效果及并发症的影响。方法将在本院行膝关节置换术治疗的150例成人KBD患者通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组行围术期常规护理干预,观察组给予围术期快速康复干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的肌力评分高于对照组,屈膝、伸膝活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的精神状况、活动限制、躯体功能、社会支持、总健康评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复干预应用于成人KBD患者膝关节置换术治疗围术期,可有效提高治疗效果,减少患者术后并发症。

Objective To explore the influences of rapid recovery intervention on rehabilitation effect and complications of adult patients with kaschin-beck disease(KBD)after knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 150 adult patients with KBD who underwent knee arthroplasty in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received perioperative rapid recovery intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The muscle strength score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the range of motion of knee flexion and knee extension were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mental status,activity limitation,physical function,social support,general health scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation intervention applied for the perioperative period of knee replacement in adult KBD patients can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce postoperative complications.
