序贯护理对类风湿性关节炎患者康复效果及生活质量的影响

Effect of sequential nursing on rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨序贯护理对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法将2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的100例RA患者按入院时间分为对照组(50例,常规护理)和观察组(50例,序贯护理)。比较两组护理前、后的疼痛情况、炎症因子水平、自我效能及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组的TJC、DAS28评分、RF、抗CCP抗体、CRP水平及ESR均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的ASES-8、HAQ、AIMS2-SF评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论序贯护理可有效改善RA患者的疼痛症状,控制炎症因子水平,缓解疾病进展,提高自我效能和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of sequential nursing on rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 100 RA patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,sequential nursing)according to the admission time.The pain,inflammation factor level,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of TJC,DAS28,the levels of RF,anti-CCP antibody,CRP and ESR in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the ASES-8,HAQ and AIMS2-SF scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential nursing can effectively improve the pain symptoms of RA patients,control the level of inflammation factor,relieve disease progression,and improve self-efficacy and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
