基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者癌因性疲乏及心理弹性的影响

Effects of detailed behavior nursing based on health concept model on cancer related fatigue and psychological resilience of patients after radical mastectomy

目的探讨基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理对乳腺癌根治术后患者癌因性疲乏及心理弹性的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月收治的90例乳腺癌根治术后患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理。比较两组的癌因性疲乏、心理弹性及健康行为情况。结果干预后,两组的躯体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的乐观、坚韧、自强评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的HPLP-Ⅱ评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理应用于乳腺癌根治术后患者中,有助于改善其癌因性疲乏症状和心理弹性,也能促进患者健康行为养成,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of detailed behavior nursing based on health concept model on cancer related fatigue and psychological resilience of patients after radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing radical mastectomy admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed behavior nursing based on health concept model on the basis of the control group.Cancer related fatigue,psychological resilience and health behavior were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of optimism,tenacity and self-improvement in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HPLP-Ⅱscore in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed behavior nursing based on health concept model applied in patients after radical mastectomy can help to improve the cancer related fatigue symptoms and psychological resilience,and also promote the development of healthy behavior of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
