责任制助产护理对产科产妇分娩方式及母婴结局的影响

Effects of responsibility midwifery nursing on delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes of obstetric parturients

目的探究责任制助产护理对产科产妇分娩方式及母婴结局的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月我院接诊的120名初产妇作为本次研究的对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60名。对照组实施传统助产护理,观察组实施责任制助产护理。比较两组产妇的分娩方式、生产情况、不良母婴结局发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组的自然分娩率为98.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的生产时间短于对照组,分娩疼痛评分低于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良母婴结局总发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的31.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理满意度为98.33%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制助产护理干预应用于产科产妇分娩护理中,可以提高产妇的自然分娩率,降低剖宫产发生率,还可以改善母婴结局,缩短产妇生产时间,减少出血量,缓解产妇疼痛,提高护理满意度,效果较好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effects of responsibility midwifery nursing on delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes of obstetric parturients.Methods A total of 120 primiparas treated from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the primiparas were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional midwifery nursing,while the observation group was given responsibility midwifery nursing.The delivery mode,production situation,adverse maternal and infant outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The delivery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the delivery pain score was lower than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 31.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility midwifery nursing intervention implemented in obstetric maternal delivery nursing can improve the natural delivery rate,reduce the incidence of cesarean section,improve the maternal and infant outcomes,shorten the maternal delivery time,reduce the amount of bleeding,relieve maternal pain,and improve nursing satisfaction,has good effect,and which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
