摘要
外泌体是一种内含多种生物活性成分的纳米级小囊泡,在组织再生、免疫调节等多方面有一定的作用,它的存在为实现无细胞疗法提供了可能,具有较高的临床转化应用前景。本文将从外泌体的分离方法、培养条件、工程化改造三个方面对当前外泌体相关优化策略进行综述,为今后外泌体深入研究及临床运用转化提供方向。
Exosome is a nanoscale vesicle containing a variety of bioactive ingredients,which plays a certain role in many aspects such as tissue regeneration and immune regulation.Its existence provides the possibility for the realization of cell-free therapy and has a higher prospect of clinical transformation and application.This paper will review the current exosome-related optimization strategies from three aspects of separation methods,culture conditions and engineering transformation of exosome,so as to provide directions for the further research and clinical application transformation of exosomes in the future.
