摘要
目的:实现对成像设备的精细化管理;提高医院放射科的检查效率和成像设备的经济效益。方法:通过Aquiferre成像设备智慧质控管理系统的"精细化管理"模块,获取成像设备的运行数据,对反馈数据进行优化,对相同部位检查采用集中化预约。通过"远程质控"模块对设备故障日志进行分析,及时发现产生故障的成像设备。实时获取成像设备核心部件关键数据,获取"高值耗材部件"的预警信息。结果:将散在无序的检查方式改变为集中有序的检查方式,减少了频繁更换线圈等的无效劳动。改变了以往被动维修的状况,在设备的监控中提高时效性,使即将产生故障的成像设备能及时高效地得以提前修复。使用"成像设备使用寿命预警"功能后,成像设备核心耗材管控利用率得以提高。结论:在引入Aquiferre成像设备智慧质控管理系统后,基于真实数据的分析,为实现精细化医疗资源配置管理提供了依据,实现了对成像设备规范化、信息化和科学化的管理目标。
Purpose:To realize the refined management of modality,and to improve the inspection efficiency of the hospital’s radiology department and the economic benefits of modality.Methods:Through the"refined management"module of the Aquiferre modality intelligent quality control management system,the operating data of the modality was obtained,the feedback data was optimized,and the centralized appointment is adopted for the same part inspection.The equipment failure log through the"remote quality control"module was analyzed,and the modality that failed was discovered in time.Key data of the core components of modality was acquired in real time,and warning information of"high-value consumable parts"was early obtained.Results:The scattered and disordered inspection method was changed to a centralized and orderly inspection method,which reduced the ineffective labor such as frequent coil replacement.It changed the situation of passive maintenance in the past,and improved the timeliness in the monitoring of equipment,so that the modality that was about to fail can be repaired in time and efficiently in advance.After using the"modality service life warning"function,the management and control utilization of modality core consumables had been improved.Conclusion:After the introduction of the Aquiferre modality intelligent quality control management system,the analysis based on real data provides a basis for the realization of refined medical resource allocation management,and it has realized The management goals of standardization,informationization and scientification of modality.
