早产对大脑结构和功能连接影响的研究进展

摘要 早产是各类神经系统发育障碍的高危因素,并严重影响到早产儿日后的生活质量,因此有关早产儿大脑结构和功能连接的发育及其对近、远期神经系统预后的影响日益受到关注。现就基于磁共振成像(MRI)结合图论的脑网络分析方法所发现的早产对脑结构连接与功能连接的影响研究进行综述,并探讨围产期早产儿常见脑损伤对脑结构和功能连接的进一步影响。 Preterm birth is an important risk factor for a series of neurodevelopmental disorders and will threaten their quality of life in the future.Therefore,the development of brain structural and functional connectivity of preterm infants have been paid more and more attention,as well as their short-term and long-term neurodevelopment outcomes.In this paper,the effect of preterm birth on brain structural and functional connectivity detected by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scan combined with graph theory in preterm infants is reviews,and the further influences of common brain injuries on brain structure and functional connections in premature infants during perinatal period is also discussed.
