破碎轮胎橡胶-砂土混合物试验及本构模型研究

摘要 通过对不同配合比的破碎轮胎橡胶-砂土混合物进行三轴压缩试验,研究了不同橡胶含量的破碎轮胎橡胶-砂土混合物的力学性质。试验发现:随着混合物中砂比例的增加,混合物的密度、容重和抗剪强度均有所增加,其压缩性降低。基于Li X S等提出的本构模型,对不同配合比下的破碎轮胎橡胶-砂混合物的强度和变形特性进行了分析,试验结果与模型结果基本吻合。 By the means of triaxial compression test on mixtures of crushed tire rubber-sand with different mix proportion,the mechanical properties of crushed tire rubber-sand with diferent rubber content has been studied.It is found that the density,bulk density and shear strength of the mixture increase with the increase of the proportion of sand in the mixture,while its compressibility decreases.Based on the constitutive model proposed by Li X S,the strength and deformation characteristics of crushed tire rubber-sand mixture with different mix ratios have been analyzed,and the experimental results are in good agreement with the model results.
