大庆油田高乳化陈旧原油有效处理工艺技术评价 被引量:1

摘要 大庆油田高乳化陈旧原油成分复杂,进入采出液处理系统后,会造成脱水电场运行不平稳、处理量降低、采出液处理难度加大等问题,从而导致电脱水器处理后油、水超标,给生产管理带来了很大的困难。通过对大庆油田高乳化陈旧原油处理的典型工艺应用效果进行梳理、总结、评价、实验及验证,确定并推荐大庆油田高乳化陈旧原油采用回收油连续回收运行处理模式,单独的热化学沉降处理工艺或两级离心加热化学处理工艺,并采用专用的油水分离处理设备,可以使处理后原油达到含水率0.5%以下,水中含油浓度1000 mg/L以下,有效避免或减少高乳化陈旧原油对采出液处理系统的影响,使采出液处理系统平稳运行。 The high-emulsified old crude oil in Daqing Oilfield has complex components,when it enters the produced liquid treatment system,the operation of the dehydration electric field is not sta-ble,the treatment capacity is reduced,and the produced liquid treatment is more difficult,which leads to the oil and water exceeding the standard after electric dehydrator treatment,and brings great difficulties to the production management.Through sorting out,summarizing,evaluating,experi-menting and verifying the typical application effects of the treatment of high-emulsified old crude oil in Daqing Oilfield,the continuous recovery treatment mode of high-emulsified old crude oil in Daqing Oilfield is determined and recommended.Separately thermochemical sedimentation treatment process or two-stage centrifugal heating chemical treatment process,and specialized oil-water separation and treatment equipment are recommended to use.After treatment,the water content of crude oil is less than 0.5%,and the oil concentration in water is less than 1000 mg/L.Thus,the impact of high emulsified old crude oil on the produced liquid processing system is effectively decreased which helps smooth operation of the system.
