摘要
为了满足检定规程和校准规范的要求,保障各种类型温度、压力仪表检定和校准工作的开展,通过对目前实验室温场控制设备的分析,提出了温控设备改造要求。对实验室温场控制设备的特性进行分析和比较,从多种改造方案中选取了孔板送风的控温方式,并按照这种方式对温度、压力实验室进行了改造。改造完成后,离墙0.5 m外工作区各测试点温差均达到要求。人员多次进出实验室,离门近的测试点温度略有波动,但基本没有产生明显气流。温控设备运行正常,能很好地控制室内温度一直处于要求范围内,最终测试结果满足要求。温控设备改造可明显提升实验室仪表检定、测量结果的可靠性,通过进行不确定度评定表明,实验室温场波动性降低了±0.02℃。
In order to meet the requirements of verification regulations and calibration specifications,and to ensure the verification and calibration of various types of temperature and pressure instruments,the modification requirements of temperature control equipment are put forward through the analysis of the current experimental room temperature field control equipment.The characteristics of the experi-mental room temperature field control equipment are analyzed and compared,the temperature control mode of orifice plate air supply is selected from a variety of improvement schemes,and the temperature and pressure laboratory is reformed according to this mode.After the modification completed,the temperature difference of each test point in the working area 0.5m away from the wall meets the require-ment.The temperature of the test point near the door fluctuated slightly after person go in and out of the laboratory many times,but there was basically no obvious airflow.The temperature control equip-ment runs normally and can well control the indoor temperature within the required range,and the fi-nal test results meet the requirement.The modification of temperature control equipment has signifi-cantly improved the reliability of instrument verification and measurement results carried out in the labo-ratory.Through uncertainty assessment,it was found that the fluctuation of room temperature field in the experiment decreased by±0.02℃.
