摘要
随着我国基础建设需求的飞速增长和施工要求的不断提高,挖掘机的自动化和智能化成为一个必然趋势。由于挖掘机工况复杂、传感器可靠性不足等原因,目前市场上的挖掘机多为开环控制系统,不具备智能化挖掘机的技术前提。因此,实现挖掘机闭环控制是目前迫切的发展需求和重要的技术基础。研究介绍了挖掘机的工况特点以及与其他行业的不同点;结合挖掘机电液控制系统的特性,深入分析挖掘机闭环控制的难点和原因,并介绍挖掘机闭环控制相关技术的发展现状;最后阐述挖掘机未来技术的发展趋势。
With the rapid growth of national infrastructure demand and the continuous improvement of construction requirements,the automation and intelligence of excavators become an inevitable trend.However,due to the complicated working condition of excavator and the poor reliability of sensors,most excavators in the market are open-loop control system,without the technical premise of intelligent excavators.Therefore,the closed-loop control of excavator is the most urgent development demand and the most important technical basis.Firstly,the working condition characteristics of excavators and the differences between excavators and other industries are introduced.Secondly,based on the characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional excavator control system,the difficulties and reasons of excavator closed-loop control are deeply analyzed.Thirdly,the developments status of excavator closed-loop and related technologies are introduced.Finally,the development trends of excavator are described.
