低碳视角下西安保障性房空间分布适宜性评价

Suitability Evaluation of Spatial Distribution of Affordable Housing in Xi’an from the Perspective of Low Carbon

为准确认知西安市保障性住房空间分布在低碳视角下的适宜性,对西安175个已建项目进行评价。研究发现:西安保障性住房空间分布的低碳适宜性偏低,除了与教育类设施匹配较好外,其余因子均较差;配建型与集中型无显著区别;经适房明显好于公租房和廉租房;阿房宫互通立交、长安区大学城和曲江立交等区域是低值聚集区。最后,针对以上提出若干适宜性改善建议。

In this paper we evaluate 175 existing affordable housing projects to understand the suitability of the spatial distribution of affordable housing in Xi’an from a low-carbon perspective.The study finds that the suitability of the spatial distribution of affordable housing is low in Xi’an,except for the good matching with educational facilities.There is no significant difference between mixed projects and centralized projects.Economical housing is obviously better than public rental housing and low-rent housing.Epang Palace interchange,Chang’an University Town and Qujiang interchange are suitable low-concentration areas.Finally,we put forward some suggestions.
