摘要
根据雄安新区城际铁路、城市轨道交通、市政综合管廊等设施的初步规划要求,采用一体化设计理念,基于减小城际铁路对其他设施的影响采用深埋方案的基础上,明确了城市轨道交通站位下沉广场和区间的竖向设计关系。城际铁路与地铁、商业开发的交点形成综合交通枢纽,配置长途车场和出租车场。明确了交通换乘体系的空间关系,提出了交通枢纽地下空间的总体开发思路,通过研究地下空间的相关功能和规模,明确了交通枢纽地下空间的规划控制要求,提出了地下城际铁路、地铁、商业开发和城市管廊规划建议。
According to the preliminary planning requirements of intercity railway,urban rail transit,municipal comprehensive pipe gallery and other facilities in Xiong’an new area,adopting the integrated design concept,the vertical design relationship between the urban rail transit station and the section is clarified based on the deep buried scheme to reduce the impact of intercity railway on other facilities.The node of intercity railway,subway,and commercial development forms a comprehensive transportation hub with longdistance parking and taxi yards.The spatial transfer relationship of transportation system is determined,and the general idea of underground space development of hub is put forward.Based on the study of related functions and scales of underground space,the requirements of underground space planning and control in hub area are clarified,and the planning of underground intercity railway and other urban transportation facilities and underground commercial development is proposed.
