摘要
沙棘是药食同源的植物,研究其生理特性及其培育开发具有经济、药用价值和生态学意义。该研究综合了近年来沙棘属植物的抗逆性表现和相关机理研究已有的文献成果,分析了干旱、低温、盐、病虫害、重金属、酸、紫外线辐射及风蚀和沙埋对沙棘属植物生理指标的影响以及沙棘属植物的逆境响应机制,以期为沙棘种植和经济价值开发提供参考依据。结果表明:逆境可以诱导沙棘属植物的光合作用、物质代谢、生长发育等途径发生变化,并诱导形态结构发生变化。沙棘属植物可以通过渗透调节和代谢调节的方式响应逆境胁迫。研究沙棘属植物抗逆生理可以为该属植物的种质资源保护和开发利用提供理论基础。
Hippophae rhamnoides L.is a kind of medicine food homologous plant.It has economic,medicinal value and ecological significance to study its physiological characteristics and its cultivation and development.In this study,the research achievements of seabuckthorn plants in recent years were summarized.The effects of drought,low temperature,salt,diseases and insect pests,heavy metals,acid,ultraviolet radiation,wind erosion and sand burying on physiological indexes of Hippophae rhamnoides L.plants and the response mechanism of Hippophae rhamnoides L.plants to adversity were analyzed.In order to provide scientific reference for seabuckthorn planting and economic value development.The results showed that adversity can induce photosynthesis,material metabolism of Hippophae rhamnoides L.plants.The growth and development pathway changed,and induced the morphological structure change.Hippophae rhamnoides L.plants could respond to stress through osmotic and metabolic regulation.The study of stress resistance physiology of Hippophae rhamnoides L.could provide theoretical basis for the protection and development of germplasm resources of Hippophae rhamnoides L..
