阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与血管性认知障碍关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)是一种慢性睡眠呼吸疾病,主要表现为睡眠期间因部分或完全上呼吸道狭窄或阻塞导致间歇性缺氧、睡眠结构紊乱、日间嗜睡等。该病临床常见,患病率较高,且随着年龄的增加而增加。随着我国老龄化日益严重,OSAS受累人群逐渐增加,已成为了一个重要的公共卫生问题。OSAS可导致心血管、内分泌、代谢、神经等多个系统及器官功能受损,于神经系统方面可引起卒中、头痛、癫痫、认知障碍等多种表现[1]。
