福建省高校“青马工程”发展中的问题及进路思考

Problems and Approaches in the Development of the Young Marxist Training Project in Fujian Colleges and Universities

"青马工程"是落实造就青年马克思主义者,使其成长为中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的系统工程。福建省"青马工程"持续推进已十多年,走上了稳定化与规范化的培养轨道。当前,福建省内高校青年马克思主义者培养工程还存在着选拔机制不健全,组织机制建设不完备,培养模式固化单一,考核评价体系不健全等现实问题,对此,应从强化校级设计,灵活培养模式,完善考核体制等方面入手,切实增强"青马工程"人才培养的实际效果。

Young Marxist Training Project is a systematic project to train young Marxists and nurture qualified and reliable socialist builders and successors.Young Marxist Training Project in Fujian province has been advancing continuously for more than ten years and has embarked on a stable and standardized training direction.At present,some practical problems such as imperfect selection mechanism,incomplete organizational mechanism construction,solidification of the training model,and imperfect assessment and evaluation system still exist in the training project for young Marxists in Fujian colleges and universities.In this case,the following measures should be strengthen:enhancing the school-level design,conducting the training model flexibly,and improving the assessment system,which will effectively enhance the actual effect of Young Marxist Training Project.
