家属协助守护模式对食管癌同步放化疗患者的影响

Effect of Family-assisted Guardianship Mode on Ptients with Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Concurrent Chemoradiation

目的:探讨家属协助守护模式对食管癌同步放化疗患者自我效能、营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月1日~2020年6月30日接受同步放化疗治疗的75例食管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组30例和研究组45例,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组接受家属协助守护模式。比较两组自我效能(采用健康促进策略量表)、干预前后营养状况(包括血红蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、白蛋白)和生活质量[采用生活质量核心评分量表(QLQ-C30)]。结果:研究组健康促进策略量表中自我减压、正性态度、自我决策评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组血红蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、白蛋白优于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组QLQ-C30评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将家属协助守护模式应用于同步放化疗食管癌患者中,可有效改善患者的自我效能及生活质量,加强营养状况,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of family-assisted guardianship on self-efficacy,nutritional status,and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiation.Methods:During January 1,2019 to June 30,2020,75 patients with esophageal cancer who received concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy selected for study were randomly divide into the control group with 30 acses and the study group with 45 cases,the control group received routine nursing intervention,the study group received intervention of family-assisted guardianship mode to Comparison was made between the two groups on self-efficacy,nutritional status before and after the intervention(including hemoglobin,albumin,transferrin,and albumin)and quality of life by the life quality core rating scale(QLQ-C30).Results:The self relief,positive attitude,and self decision scores and total scores of the self-efficacy scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,hemoglobin,prealbumin,transferrin,and albumin were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and better in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the QLQ-C30 scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of family-assisted guardianship mode in patients with esophageal cancer who underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy can effectively improve the patients'self-efficacy and quality of life,strengthen their nutritional status,which is of clinical spreading.
