考虑碳捕集电厂综合灵活运行方式的低碳经济调度 被引量:50

摘要 碳减排是能源革命的目标之一,大力发展风电是实现低碳的重要举措。随着风电渗透率的提高,电力系统的调峰压力骤增。储液式碳捕集电厂可通过储液罐进行"削峰填谷",同时实现火电机组低碳化,是风电理想的配合电源。考虑碳捕集电厂储液式和分流式相结合的综合灵活运行方式,建立含风电的电力系统低碳经济调度模型,兼顾低碳性和经济性。首先,对碳捕集电厂储液式和分流式运行的能流特性进行研究,并考虑其调峰特性,分析碳捕集电厂综合灵活运行相对于分流式运行的优势;其次,建立考虑碳捕集电厂综合灵活运行方式的低碳经济调度模型;最后,基于CPLEX对含碳捕集电厂的IEEE 39节点电力系统进行仿真,结果证明所提方法的有效性,可为电力系统低碳经济调度提供参考。 Carbon reduction is one of the goals of the energy revolution.And vigorously developing wind power is an important measure to achieve low carbon.As the penetration rate of wind power increases,the peak shaving pressure of the power system increases sharply.Carbon capture power plants with liquid storage tanks can"peak load shifting"through liquid storage tanks.At the same time achieve low carbonization of the thermal power units,which is an ideal power supply for wind power.This paper considers the integrated flexible operation mode combining the solvent storage and the flue gas diversion of the carbon capture power plant.And establishes a low-carbon economic dispatch model of the power system with wind power,taking into account the low-carbon and economy.First,the energy flow characteristics of the solvent storage and flue gas diversion operation of the carbon capture power plant are studied.The peak shaving characteristics are considered.The advantages of the integrated flexible operation of the carbon capture power plant over the flue gas diversion operation are analyzed.Second,establish a low-carbon economic dispatch model that considers the integrated flexible operation mode of carbon capture power plants.Finally,based on CPLEX,the IEEE-39 node power system with the carbon capture power plant is simulated.The results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method and can provide a reference for the low-carbon economic dispatch of the power system.
