计及综合能源服务商调节域的综合需求响应市场机制 被引量:12

摘要 目前针对综合需求响应的市场机制尚未成熟,上级电网无法准确获取用户的调控能力,对响应资源进行充分精准的管理。面向配网峰谷差降低及新能源消纳率提高,提出了一种电热综合需求响应市场出清机制。首先建立了考虑柔性负荷与采暖负荷热惯性的综合能源服务商模型,接着提出了综合能源服务商的调节域以刻画其提供可调资源的能力,然后设计了考虑综合能源服务商调节域的综合需求响应市场出清机制。最后基于近似动态规划算法,提出了综合能源服务商调节域的求解流程。算例分析表明该市场机制可以降低配网负荷峰谷差,并使得新能源消纳率得到提高。 At present,the integrated demand response market mechanism has not yet been mature,and the higher-level power grid cannot accurately obtain the conversion capability of the users in order to fully and accurately manage the response resources.Aiming at the reduction of the peak-to-valley differences of the distribution networks and the increase of the renewable energy consumption,this paper proposes a clearing strategy for the electrical-thermal integrated demand response market.First,a comprehensive energy service provider model considering the thermal inertia of the flexible loads and the heating loads is established.Then,the adjustable region of the integrated energy service provider is proposed to describe its ability to provide flexible resources.Further,the clearing strategy for the integrated demand response market is designed.Finally,based on the approximate dynamic programming algorithm,the calculation of the adjustable region of the integrated energy service providers is proposed.The case study shows that the proposed market mechanism improves the consumption of the renewable energy sources and reduces the peak-to-valley difference of the distribution networks.
