Investigation report on safety and environmental protection of brine production system in China’s chlor-alkali enterprises(to the end)

以62家氯碱企业安全环保调查数据为基础,汇总了盐水工序(包括一次盐水、二次盐水)的安全环保管理经验、安全环保设备及其来源,并据此分析总结了目前国内氯碱行业盐水生产系统的安全环保技术、设施,为氯碱生产企业安全生产及改善企业周边环境提供参考;同时,推动氯碱安全环保技术的进步,保证氯碱生产的安全、稳定运行。

Based on the survey data collected from 62 chlor-alkali enterprises in China,the experience in primary brine process and in secondary brine process were summarized,including safety and environmental protection management,safety and environmental protection equipment and their sources.The safety and environmental protection technologies and facilities of brine production system in China9s chlor-alkali industry are analyzed and summarized,in order to provide reference for chlor-alkali production enterprises to work safely and improve their surrounding environment,promote the progress of safety and environmental protection technology of chlor-alkali,ensure the safe and stable operation of chlor-alkali production.
