摘要
通过考证历代本草文献中有关黄芩的内容,分析其古今用药情况、来源及产地,推断《伤寒论》中所用黄芩为枯芩或子芩。结合现代药理、超高液相色谱指纹图谱及模式识别分析进行论证,经考证后发现,《伤寒论》所用黄芩为枯芩。
Through textual research on Scutellariae Radix in past dynasties, and analyzing its ancient and modern medication situation, origins and producing areas, it is inferred that Scutellariae Radix used in Treatise on febrile Diseases is Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with longer growth time or Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with shorter growth time. Combined with modern pharmacology, ultra-high liquid chromatography fingerprint and pattern recognition analysis, it is found that Scutellariae Radix used in Treatise on febrile Diseases is Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with longer growth time.
