摘要 结核病(tuberculosis,TB)是由结核分枝杆菌(mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)引起的慢性呼吸道传染病,是全球十大死因之一,也是由单一传染源导致死亡的主要原因,排名高于艾滋病。2019年因TB死亡的人数是120万人[1]。MTB具有特殊的生理特征,包括生长缓慢、自然状态下基因突变率较高以及用药后易形成持留菌株等,导致TB治疗用药周期较长、患者的依从性较差,因此耐药MTB的检出率不断攀升。
