摘要
在梳理相关研究成果的基础上,分析MBA“管理沟通”课程教学现状,并阐述将创新创业教育理念融入“管理沟通”课程建设的时代诉求,最后从“433模块”的课程思路、教学方式的优化、校企资源的整合、课程运行的保障四个方面提出专创融合的MBA“管理沟通”课程建设构想,以期为促进我国MBA“管理沟通”教学与创新、创业教育的有机融合提供指导。
On the basis of sorting out the relevant research results,this paper analyzes the teaching status of MBA“Management Communication”,and elaborates the demands of the times of integrating the education concept of innovation and entrepreneurship into the curriculum construction of“Management Communication”.From the four aspects of“433 module”,the optimization of teaching methods,the integration of school and enterprise resources,and the guarantee of curriculum operation,this paper puts forward the idea of the curriculum construction of“Management Communication”,in the hope to provide guidance for the organic integration of MBA“Management Communication”teaching and innovation as well as entrepreneurship education in China.
