北京雅世合金公寓为基于国际开放建筑可持续建设理论方法的LC住宅建筑体系研发实施的开拓性实践,既是"十一五"国家科技支撑计划课题《绿色建筑全生命周期设计关键技术研究》(2006BAJ01B01)的试点工程,也是中日两国住宅科技企事业机构合作的中日技术集成示范工程。在引进国际先进理念及产业化技术的基础上,攻关了国际领先水准的新型SI住宅建筑体系与集成技术,是将普及性、适用性和经济性研究整体应用的我国首个示范项目。项目以建筑全寿命期长寿化理念为基础,对保证住宅性能和品质的规划设计、施工建造、维护使用、再生改建等技术进行系统化创新应用。

Beijing Yashi Hejin Apartments project is the construction practice of LC residential system based on the Long-Life Sustainable Housing concept of international open building and the pilot project of the"11th Five Year"National Science and Technology Support Programme,Key Technology Research of Green Building Life Cycle Design(2006BAJ01B01).As the Sino-Japanese technology integration demonstration project,jointly cooperated by China and Japan's housing technology enterprises and institutions,the project is the first housing demonstration project in China.
