摘要
目的探索MMC模式的代谢性疾病延续性干预方法及效果。方法选取汕头市澄海区人民医院2019年1~10月收治的代谢性疾病患者共120例为研究对象,以双盲法随机分组,每组60例(含2型糖尿病、高尿酸血症、高脂血症患者各20例)。对照组采用传统干预,研究组在常规护理基础上联合实施MMC干预模式。比较两组患者干预前后对2型糖尿病患者、高尿酸血症患者、高脂血症患者相关指标。结果干预后,两组2型糖尿病患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖值、MMAS-8评分均显著低于干预前,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组高尿酸血症患者尿酸值均显著性低于干预前,高尿酸相关知识评分均显著高于干预前,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组高脂血症患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白水平均低于干预前,健康生活评分均高于干预前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对代谢性疾病患者实施基于MMC模式的延续性干预,有助于改善患者预后,提升临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the continuous intervention methods and effects of MMC model for metabolic diseases.Methods A total of 120 patients with metabolic diseases admitted to the Chenghai District People's Hospital of Shantou City from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,divided into groups by double-blind method,60 cases in each group(including 20 cases of type 2 diabetes,hyperuricemia,and hyperlipidemia).The control group used traditional intervention,and the observation group implemented the MMC intervention model based on routine nursing.The related indicators of type 2 diabetes,hyperuricemia,and hyperlipidemia were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and MMAS-8 scores of the two groups of type 2 diabetic patients were significantly lower than before the intervention,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The uric acid value of the two groups of the patients with hyperuricemia were significantly lower than before the intervention,and the knowledge scores related to hyperuric acid were significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the two groups of patients with hyperlipidemia were triacylglycerol and total cholesterol levels of low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein were lower than before the intervention,and the healthy life scores were higher than those before the intervention,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous intervention based on MMC model for patients with metabolic diseases is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients and enhance the clinical treatment effect.
