急性脑梗死患者应用大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Thrombolytic Therapy with High dose Urokinase in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction(ACI)

目的探讨使用大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的临床疗效评价。方法采用随机的方式选取66例2017年4月至2019年4月在我院进行治疗的ACI患者作为调查对象。按照随机数字表法将所有66例患者进行分组,采用常规治疗的33例患者为参照组,采用大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗的33例患者为研究组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比对分析。结果研究组患者在治疗总有效率方面相比于参照组明显更高,在不良反应发生率方面研究组则更低,同时研究组患者的生活质量评分明显高于参照组,两组数据对比结果显示差异明显,具有对比意义(P<0.05)。结论在ACI患者的治疗中应用大剂量尿激酶溶栓治疗能够有效的提高患者的治疗效果,并能够提高患者的生活质量,效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thrombolysis with high dose urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Sixty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the subjects of investigation.Sixty-six patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Thirty-three patients treated with conventional therapy were the reference group,and 33 patients treated with high dose urokinase thrombolysis were the study group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the reference group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower.Meanwhile,the quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group.The results of data comparison between the two groups showed significant differences and had a comparative significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose urokinase thrombolytic therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and can improve the quality of life of patients.The effect is remarkable.
