某市2008-2017年结核患者复发因素调查研究

Investigation and Research on Relapse Factors of Tuberculosis Patients in a certain City from 2008 to 2017

目的2008—2017年到丹东市结核病防治所就诊并确诊的结核患者为研究对象,了解复发结核患者的复发因素对制定结核病复发控制措施提供参考依据。方法对丹东市2008—2017年的15330例确诊的结核患者进行病例调查,进行回归统计分析。结果通过统计分析发现丹东市复发结核病患中4.15%肺结核患者治愈后在5年内会复发;其中男性、大于30周岁、有空洞、合并糖尿病、痰涂片阳性、从事自由职业是肺结核患者治愈后复发的危险因素。结论对于具有结核病复发因素的肺结核患者,需采取相关临床治疗措施,以减少结核病的复发。

Objectives From 2008 to 2017,the patients with tuberculosis who were diagnosed and treated in the Dandong Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Institute were the research objects,and to understand the recurrence factors of relapsed tuberculosis patients to provide a reference for the formulation of tuberculosis recurrence control measures.Methods A case investigation was conducted on 15330 confirmed tuberculosis patients in Dandong city from 2008 to 2017,and regression statistical analysis was performed.Results Statistical analysis found that 4.15% of patients with recurrent tuberculosis in Dandong City will relapse within 5 years after being cured;among them,male,older than 30 years of age,with cavities,with diabetes,sputum smear positive,and freelance employment were risk factor for relapse after tuberculosis patients were cured.Conclusion For pulmonary tuberculosis patients with tuberculosis recurrence factors,relevant clinical treatment measures should be taken to reduce the recurrence of tuberculosis.
