临床检验中血细胞形态学检验的必要性分析

Necessity Analysis of Blood Cell Morphological Examination in Clinical Examination

目的观察并分析血细胞形态学检验在临床检验中的必要性及应用价值。方法选取我院收治的58例发热、贫血或血常规检查结果提示为危急值的患者为观察组,入选时间为2017年2月至2018年5月;另选取同期58例来我院接受健康体检(无上述疾病)的志愿者为对照组。对两组受检者展开血细胞形态学检验,对比并评价两组的检验结果。结果经检验,观察组患者的平均细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度标准差值(RDW-SD)等指标水平均显著低于对照组,而红细胞平均血红蛋白数量(MCH)水平与血细胞形态学阳性检出率则相比于对照组明显升高,数据差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床检验中,通过对患者展开血细胞形态学检验,能够将其病情变化及病症分型真实、有效地反映出来,为临床诊断及治疗工作提供重要参考,值得推广及应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the necessity and application value of blood cell morphological examination in clinical examination.Methods Fifty-eight patients with fever,anemia,or critical blood test results in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and the time of inclusion was from February 2017 to May 2018.In addition,58 volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Morphological examination of blood cells was carried out for the two groups,and the results of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results Through inspection,observation group of patients with an average cell volume(MCV),red blood cells deposited(HCT),RBC average hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),red blood cell distribution width(RDW-SD)standard deviation value indicators such levels were significantly lower than control group in physical examination,the average number of mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)and blood cells morphology positive detection rate was significantly increased compared with control group,the data gap,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical examination,hemocyte morphological examination can reflect the changes of patients'condition and classification of disease truly and effectively,which provides important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worthy of promotion and application.
