手足口病患儿血常规及免疫球蛋白检测结果分析

Analysis the Results of Blood Routine and Immunoglobulin Test in Children with Hand Foot Mouth Disease

目的关于小儿手足口病患儿在进行临床检验过程中血常规和免疫球蛋白的检验结果分析。方法本文选择2018年2月至2019年3月来我院进行治疗的小儿手足口病患儿78例为本文的观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行身体检查的健康78名儿童作为本文的对照组,分别对于两组研究对象的血常规和免疫球蛋白等相关水平进行检验,分析血常规和免疫球蛋白对小儿手足口病患儿检验的价值。结果比较两组的血常规相关指标,观察组在白细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞比容、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、红细胞分布宽度等方面明显与对照组有差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义;评价两组研究对象的免疫球蛋白相关指标,观察组的IgA和IgG明显高于对照组,而IgM明显低于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性。结论对手足口病的患儿临床通过血常规检验和免疫球蛋白检验可以发挥明显的临床价值,能够为临床患儿的病症诊断提供科学的参考价值和依据。

Objective To test the effects of blood routine and immunoglobulin on hand foot mouth disease.Methods Seventy-eight children with hand foot mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group.Seventy-eight healthy children were selected as the control group.Blood routine and immunoglobulin were examined and comparison.Results In white blood cell count,lymphocyte count,neutrophil count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,hematocrit,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,red blood cell distribution width,there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The IgA and IgG of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the IgM of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion The children with hand foot mouth disease can exert clinical value through blood routine test and immunoglobulin test.It can provide scientific reference value and basis for the diagnosis of clinical children's diseases.
