老年性脑梗死患者护理中优质护理服务的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of High-quality Nursing Service in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析在老年性脑梗死护理中应用优质护理服务的临床效果。方法纳入本院于2019年5月至2020年5月进行治疗脑梗死患者60例,采用抽签法的形式将患者分为研究组和参照组,每组30例。参照组给予常规护理服务,研究组在此基础上给予优质护理服务,对比两组患者的神经功能、运动功能、肢体功能、认知能力、心理状态。结果护理前,两组患者的神经功能、运动功能、肢体功能、认知能力、心理状态均无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者上述指标评分均有所改善,且研究组各指标评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死护理过程中应用优质护理服务,能有效改善患者的神经功能、运动功能,促进生活质量的提升,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying high-quality nursing service in senile cerebral infarction nursing.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into study group and reference group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing service,and the research group was given high-quality nursing service on this basis.The neurological function,motor function,limb function,cognitive ability,and mental state of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the neurological function,motor function,limb function,cognitive ability,and mental state of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of the above indicators of the two groups of patients improved,and the research group the index score was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in the nursing process of cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function and motor function of patients,promote the improvement of life quality,and improve the treatment effect.
