精神康复护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果分析

Analyze the Application Effect of Mental Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析精神康复护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法抽取2018年1月至2019年6月在本院治疗的58例精神分裂症患者,按照电脑任意编号法划分为试验组(n=29)和对照组(n=29)。对照组实行常规护理,试验组实行综合护理,比较两组患者的精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、健康评定量表(SRHMS)评分及风险事件发生率。结果护理前两组患者SRHMS评分对比无明显区别(P>0.05);护理后4周、8周及12周试验组患者的SRHMS评分均高于对照组患者,思维障碍、焦虑抑郁、敌视猜疑及活力缺乏评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。试验组风险事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神康复护理可改善精神分裂症患者的症状,提升其生活质量,预防患者风险事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the application effect of mental rehabilitation nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 58 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly numbered by computer into the experimental group and control group(n=29).Routine nursing was performed in the control group,and comprehensive nursing was performed in the experimental group.Psychosis evaluation results,health quality scores and risk event incidence rates were compared.Results There was no significant difference in SRHMS scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05);the SRHMS scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at 4,8 and 12 weeks after nursing,with thought disorder,anxiety and depression,hostility,suspicion,and vitality the lack of scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental rehabilitation nursing can improve the symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,improve their quality of life,prevent the occurrence of patients risk events,suggest clinical promotion.
