综合护理对老年高血压脑出血患者临床护理效果的意义

Significance of Comprehensive Nursing on Clinical Nursing Effect of Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨综合护理对老年高血压脑出血患者的护理效果。方法选择我院2018年5月至2019年6月收治的老年脑出血患者200例作为研究对象,根据随机原则把200例患者进行分组,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施中采用综合护理方案,对比两组患者护理满意度、护理前后负面情绪评分(SAS、SDS)、生活质量评分、对疾病知识的掌握程度。结果①观察组护理满意度(97.00%)明显高于对照组,数据存在明显差异,P<0.05。②观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。③观察组对疾病知识的掌握程度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论老年高血压脑出血患者采用综合护理方案,可以为患者提供更加满意的护理服务,有利于缓解患者的心理压力,能够提高患者对疾病知识的认知度,从而有利于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the significance of comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object.The 200 patients were grouped according to the random principle.The control group adopted routine nursing measures.The observation group used a comprehensive nursing plan in routine nursing measures.Compared the two groups of patients'nursing satisfaction,negative emotion scores(SAS,SDS)before and after nursing,quality of life scores,and the degree of mastery of disease knowledge.Results(1)Compared with 88.00% of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher at 97.00%.There was a significant difference in the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients,P<0.05.(2)The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;the degree was significantly higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage adopting a comprehensive care plan can provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services,help relieve patients'psychological pressure,improve patients'awareness of disease knowledge,and help improve patients'quality of life.
