麻疹患者采用全面优质护理控制并发症的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Quality Nursing Control Complications in Measles Patients

目的探究麻疹患者采取全面优质护理控制并发症的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的92例麻疹患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分成试验组、对照组各46例。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予全面优质护理。观察并对比两组患者的并发症发生情况、不良情绪改善情况及护理满意度。结果试验组患者并发症发生率(13.04%)比对照组(28.26%)低,P<0.05。两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均比护理前低,且试验组比对照组低,P<0.05。试验组患者护理满意度(97.83%)比对照组(82.61%)高,P<0.05。结论全面优质护理应用于麻疹患者中可有效降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,改善患者不良情绪。

Objectives Explore the effects of comprehensive quality care to control complications in patients with measles.Methods Ninety-two cases of measles patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,46 cases each.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive quality care.Observed and compared the complications of the two groups of patients,improvement of adverse emotions and satisfaction of nursing.Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 13.04% lower than that of the control group 28.26%,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.The SAS and SDS scores after nursing of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.83% higher than that of the control group 82.61%,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.Conclusion Applying comprehensive quality nursing to the treatment of measles patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complication,improve patient care satisfaction,and improve patients'bad mood.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
