Objective This study takes nursing rehabilitation interventions for patients with lumbar disc herniation treated externally by Chinese medicine, and explores the effects of nursing on the lumbar spine function. Methods The study subjects selected 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated between February 2018 and February 2019.The above-mentioned patients are divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Sixty cases in the study group(nursing rehabilitation intervention).Sixty cases in the control group(routine care).Observe the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. The lower back pain score and lumbar function score of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment and nursing intervention of the two groups of patients, the lower back pain scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The lumbar function scores of the study group were better than those of the control group. The effective rate of treatment in the study group(98.33%)was better than that in the control group(83.33%).The difference meets statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, treatment with traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction and nursing rehabilitation intervention is more effective and can effectively relieve the patients'lower back pain. And improve lumbar function.Improve the effectiveness of treatment. This method is worthy of clinical application.
