临床护理干预在硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果

The Effect of Clinical Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension with Magnesium Sulfate

目的分析观察硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者时应用临床护理干预取得的效果。方法选取我院接诊的妊娠期高血压患者92例为研究对象,时间为2018年9月至2019年9月。按照随机单复数的方法将患者分为两组,对照组与观察组患者均为46例。所有患者均采用硫酸镁治疗,对照组患者辅助展开常规性护理措施,观察组患者则应用临床护理干预。分析不同护理措施效果。结果护理后,观察组患者临床护理满意度、SF-36各维度评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者采用硫酸镁进行治疗期间,提供临床护理干预措施可明显改善患者的生活状态,减少并发症产生,有利于提高临床护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and observe the effect of clinical nursing intervention in the treatment of gestational hypertension with magnesium sulfate.Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertension during pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the research objects,from September 2018 to September 2019.According to the method of random singular and plural,the patients were divided into two groups.All patients were treated with magnesium sulfate.The patients in the control group were assisted with routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were treated with clinical nursing intervention.To analyze the effect of different nursing measures.Results After nursing,the patients in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of clinical nursing satisfaction,SF-36 scores in various dimensions,and complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of pregnancy hypertension patients with magnesium sulfate,providing clinical nursing interventions can significantly improve the living conditions of patients,reduce complications,and improve clinical nursing satisfaction.
