小儿哮喘护理中健康教育的应用及意义探究

Application and Significance of Health Education in the Nursing of Children with Asthma

目的了解小儿哮喘护理中健康教育的应用及意义。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年8月的60例小儿哮喘患儿,随机分组。给予常规化住院护理组患儿常规化护理,给予健康教育组患儿健康教育。比较两组家长对于小儿哮喘护理工作的满意度;喘息症状消失的时间、发热症状消失的时间、住院的时间;护理前后哮喘积分、C反应蛋白;住院期间相关并发症的发生率。结果健康教育组的家长对于小儿哮喘护理工作的满意度高于常规化住院护理组,P<0.05。护理前两组患儿哮喘积分、C反应蛋白接近,P>0.05;护理后健康教育组的哮喘积分、C反应蛋白优于常规化住院护理组,P<0.05。健康教育组喘息症状消失的时间、发热症状消失的时间、住院的时间优于常规化住院护理组,P<0.05。与常规化住院护理组相比,健康教育组住院期间相关并发症的发生率更少,P<0.05。健康教育组出现1例并发症患儿,常规化住院护理组出现了8例并发症患儿。结论针对哮喘患儿实施健康教育效果确切,可有效加速患儿的康复进程,减轻各项症状,促使炎症指标恢复正常,因此,健康教育是一种值得推广的护理模式。

Objective To understand the application and significance of health education in the care of children with asthma.Methods Sixty children with asthma in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The children in the routine inpatient care group were given routine care,and the children in the health education group were given health education.Compare the two groups of parents'satisfaction with the nursing work of children with asthma;the time of disappearance of wheezing symptoms,the time of disappearance of fever symptoms,the length of hospitalization;the asthma scores and C-reactive protein before and after nursing;the incidence of related complications during hospitalization.Results The parents of the health education group were more satisfied with the care of children with asthma than the routine inpatient care group,P<0.05.The asthma score and C-reactive protein of the two groups of children before nursing were close,P>0.05;the asthma score and C-reactive protein of the health education group after nursing were better than those of the routine inpatient care group,P<0.05.The time to disappearance of wheezing symptoms,the time to disappearance of fever symptoms,and the length of hospitalization in the health education group were better than those in the routine hospitalization group,P<0.05.Compared with the routine inpatient care group,the health education group had fewer complications during hospitalization,P<0.05.There was 1 child with complications in the health education group,and 8 children with complications in the routine inpatient care group.Conclusion The effect of health education for children with asthma is definite,which can effectively accelerate the children's recovery process,reduce various symptoms,and promote the return of inflammatory indicators to normal.Therefore,health education is a nursing model worthy of promotion.
