分娩球和自由体位助产护理在初产妇分娩中的应用效果

Application Effect of Delivery Ball and Free Body Position Nursing in the Delivery of Primipara

目的研究分娩球和自由体位相结合进行助产对初产妇分娩的干预效果。方法将2018年2月至2019年2月到我院进行分娩的84例初产妇按随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组以常规的干预方式指导分娩,观察组通过分娩球和自由体位联合应用指导分娩,对两组研究对象的分娩结果进行比较。结果观察组的新生儿窒息率(4.76%vs.19.05%)、产妇难产发生率(2.38%vs.21.43%)明显低于对照组,自然分娩率(78.57%vs.50.00%)和满意度(90.48%vs.52.38%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组3个产程时间明显短于对照组,产后2 h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初产妇在分娩时通过分娩球配合自由体位助产的方式,可有效降低母婴相关不良情况的出现率,提升自然分娩率和满意度,缩短产生时间,减少出血量。

Objective To study the effect of the combination of delivery ball and free posture for assisted delivery on primipara's delivery.Methods A total of 84 primiparas who came to our hospital for delivery from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group used conventional interventions to guide delivery,and the observation group used the delivery ball and free body position to guide delivery.The delivery results of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of neonatal asphyxia(4.76%vs.19.05%)and the incidence of maternal dystocia(2.38%vs.21.43%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the rate of natural delivery(78.57%vs.50.00%)and satisfaction(90.48%vs.52.38%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group in 3 labor periods,and the bleeding volume in the 2 h postpartum was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion First-time mothers use the delivery ball and free posture to assist delivery during delivery,which can effectively reduce the incidence of maternal and infant-related adverse conditions,increase the rate and satisfaction of natural delivery,shorten the production time,and reduce the amount of bleeding.
