“一带一路”背景下中原文化外宣翻译现状探析

Analysis on the Current Situation of International Publicity Translation of Central Plain Culture in the Background of“the Belt and Road”

随着河南深度融入“一带一路”建设,中原文化外宣翻译对于提升河南文化软实力有着重要的意义。目前,在与中原文化相关的旅游景点中,译文中出现了拼写错误、用词不当等语言内失误,以及中式英语、文化缺失等语言外失误,暴露出对外宣翻译重视不足、译者素质参差不齐、监督管理欠缺等问题。要提升译者综合素养,加强外宣翻译的质量监管,唯有如此,才能真正运用国际化的语言讲好中原故事,传递好河南声音。

Henan province now integrates itself in-depth into the construction of“one belt,one road”strategy,so the international publicity translation of Central Plain culture is of great significance for the improvement of Henan cultural soft power.At present,at the scenic spots related to Central Plain culture,there appear some language errors in translation such as spelling mistakes,or improper words,and some non-language errors in translation such as Chinglish or lack of culture.These phenomena expose some problems in translation,for example,the attention to international publicity translation is insufficient,the quality of some translators is not good enough,supervision and management is lacked etc.We should improve the comprehensive quality of translators,strengthen the quality supervision of international publicity translation,and only in this way,it is possible for us to use the international language to tell the stories well of central China,and convey the voice of Henan province well to the world.
