个性化护理措施与健康教育对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者心理状态的影响

Influence of Personalized Nursing Measures and Health Education on Mental State of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension

目的探讨个性化护理干预联合健康宣教对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者心理状态的影响。方法研究对象为2017年10月至2020年10月我院收治的200例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者在常规护理基础上进行健康宣教联合个性化护理干预。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果、干预前及干预后的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.8118,P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的SDS评分及SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SDS评分及SAS评分均较干预前降低,且试验组的降低幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康宣教联合个性化护理干预能够在一定程度上使患者的生活质量得到提升,血压及血糖得到控制,负面情绪得到缓解,改善心理状态。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention combined with health education on the psychological status of patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.Methods The subjects of the study were 200 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020.They were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the experimental group received health education and personalized nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.Observe and compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,the psychological state before and after intervention[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)].Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.8118,P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the reduction in the experimental group was even greater,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health promotion and education combined with personalized nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent,control blood pressure and blood glucose,relieve negative emotions,and improve mental state.
